You can permanently delete your Fitvera account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Privacy & account → Delete account, or via our public deletion page at fitvera.app/delete-account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is deleted:

• Your account, login credentials and linked Google identity
• Business profile, members, campaigns, automations, activity logs and notifications
• Trial dates, reminder flags and email-idempotency fields
• Stripe customer and subscription references stored inside Fitvera

What we retain (legal and Stripe obligations):

• Stripe financial records (invoices, charges) retained as required by law and Stripe policy. These records do not contain your Fitvera data.
• A one-way (non-reversible) hash of your email address, retained for up to 24 months solely to prevent free-trial abuse. It does not contain the recoverable email and does not prevent creating a new account.

Before completing deletion we send you one Italian confirmation email. We keep only a non-identifying audit record (request ID, date, result) — no plain-text email or personal information.

Fitvera may integrate with third-party services (Google, WhatsApp, etc.). When you authorize these integrations, you are sharing only the specific permissions you grant. We do not share your member data with third parties without explicit consent.

Fitvera complies with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations. We process personal data lawfully and only as necessary to provide the service. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
