You can request the permanent deletion of your Fitvera account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What will be deleted

✕Your Fitvera account and login credentials
✕Business profile, members, campaigns and all associated data
✕Trial dates, activity logs and notification records
✕Stripe subscription references (financial records retained by Stripe as required by law)

What we retain

Stripe financial records as required by law; a one-way (non-reversible) hash of your email for up to 24 months to prevent free-trial abuse. No plain-text email is kept after deletion.
